1. General Provisions
1.1 Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms, "apk3x", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the apk3x.cam website and all services included within it. "User", "you" or "player" refers to any person registered on the platform. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any applicable bonus terms together form the complete agreement between apk3x and the user. By creating an account on the platform, you are bound by the terms of all these documents.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility
To register with apk3x and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

- You must be a legally capable individual with the ability to enter into a contract on your own behalf.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in online gaming or betting activities is not prohibited by local laws in your location.
- You must not be on any active self-exclusion list.
2.2 Registration Process
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.
apk3x will never ask for your password via email or chat. Treat any such request as fraudulent.
3.2 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or financial transaction for 12 (twelve) months, the account will be marked as inactive. Administrative charges may apply to inactive accounts. The account may be closed if the balance reaches zero.
3.3 Closing an Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance before account closure will be returned subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus-related balances may be cancelled if wagering has not been completed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following rules apply to deposits on apk3x:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- You must use an account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Funds sent under a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any issue, please contact support.
- apk3x does not charge any additional fees for processing deposits, though the payment provider may have its own charges.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.
- apk3x reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
- Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed for verification in the case of suspicious or unusual activity.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
apk3x offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus).
- A minimum qualifying deposit applies to claim the bonus.
- A player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Real money winnings made with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback
The apk3x VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
VIP tier upgrades are based on a player's activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback benefits may be changed at apk3x's discretion.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- Bonuses are provided to valid personal accounts only.
- apk3x reserves the right to close an account and void winnings if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- apk3x reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules for Playing Games
All games offered on apk3x are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules which can be found within the game. Game outcomes are completely random and governed by Certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
If any game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disruption, apk3x may declare that round void and return the bet.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game log and server records will be considered the final evidence. Disputes must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
7. Responsible Gambling

12. Amendment & Termination of Terms

12.2 Termination of Agreement
apk3x may close an account and terminate the agreement at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms.
- Evidence of fraud or forgery.
- Participation in prohibited activities.
- Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.
- Discontinuation of service based on a business decision.
If any valid balance remains after termination and it is not related to prohibited activities, it will be returned following the applicable verification process.
